I want you to know that it’s ok not to be strong all the time. You do not have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders alone. Your mental health matters, and to ask for support is truly admirable. Remember that self-care is not selfish; it is necessary for your overall health and happiness. This group serves as a safe space for you to explore unhealthy behaviors and adopt better habits in order to go from survival mode to a life of thriving!
You will be empowered to:
Set and maintain boundaries: Learn how to say no to people and things that do not serve you
Adopt realistic self-care practices: Identify daily self-care activities that promote wellness and decrease the chances of burnout
Confront Anxiety: Understand self-doubt and process how anxiety or fear make it difficult for you to get your needs met
Exercise self-compassion: Learn to be compassionate with yourself during the good, bad, and ugly
Redefine strength: Recognize the benefits of being vulnerable and asking for help in order to meet your emotional and business needs
Remember - you have the right to take care of yourself!
