Quisha Dudley

My name is Quisha Dudley, and I am currently completing my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Governors State University. As a therapist intern, my mission is to help clients live life to the fullest and reach their highest protentional. Together, we will unpack challenges, find meaning in life, and develop tools to navigate through difficult situations.

It is important to me that you feel seen, heard, and understood. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, positive, supporting, and welcoming environment to all the individuals I encounter. I believe in being in partnership and creating a strong therapeutic relationship with all my clients as we navigate through the healing journey together.

Through my work with clients under the guidance of the psychodynamic approach, I aim to help individuals understand how life patterns that are connected to past experiences influence current behavior. It is my stance that people are not defined by their issues, emotions, or roles in life, but by who they are as holistic individuals, and I look forward to helping client explore who they are authentically.

If you or your family are seeking support and guidance to overcome challenges related to stress, grief, depression, anxiety, or trauma please reach out to schedule a consultation.  It would be an honor for me to be a witness on your journey towards growth, self-discovery, healing and self-love.
