Joslynn Dillard-Greene

My name is JosLynn Greene, and I am currently completing my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Governors State University. As a therapist intern, my mission is to guide clients through various challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma, interpersonal relationship issues, behavioral disorders and life transitions. I take pride in supporting children, empowering adults, and strengthening family dynamics, in order to foster growth and resilience. My dedication to creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment enables clients to explore their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies, while delving deeper to address the root of their challenges holistically.

At TRUE Space, I leverage my expertise in human relationships and behavior and evidence-based therapeutic modalities to craft tailored treatment plans for each individual. My approach blends a psychodynamic foundation with cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and family systems theories, promoting lasting positive change.

I strongly believe in open communication and collaboration, by working hand in hand with clients to establish personalized treatment plans. My warm and empathetic demeanor aims to ensure clients feel understood and validated on their therapeutic journey.

If you or your family are seeking support and guidance to overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, or life adjustments, I wholeheartedly welcome you to take the first step towards a brighter future by reaching out for a consultation. Together, we can work towards your path of healing and growth.
