EntrepreneuHER Women’s Group

“A Different Kind of Networking”

A virtual space for Black Women Entrepreneurs to learn how to prioritize peace on their road to riches.

The entrepreneur struggle:

There is a misconception that in order to become a successful entrepreneur, you have to adopt a work ethic that often promotes the absence of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. This group serves as a safe space for you to explore unhealthy behaviors and adopt better habits in order to foster success in your business and personal life.

You will be empowered to:

Set and maintain boundaries: Identify your workload limit and learn how to say no to people and things that do not serve you

Adopt realistic self-care practices: Identify daily self-care activities that promote wellness and decrease the chances of burnout

Confront Impostor Syndrome: Understand self-doubt and process how anxiety or fear show up in your business practices

Exercise self-compassion: Learn to be compassionate with yourself during the good, bad, and ugly sides of entrepreneurship

Redefine strength:  Recognize the benefits of being vulnerable and asking for help in order to meet your emotional and business needs

Sever your ties to hustle culture: Identify how to embrace rest by spending less time celebrating self-exhaustion

Recognize that emotional well-being and securing the bag can co-exist! You do not have to sacrifice one to achieve the other!

Next group starts on January 4th!
